现代医药卫生 2015年9月30 日 第31卷第18期 J Mod Med Health，September 30，2015，Vo1．31，No．18 学龄前听力障碍儿童心理行为问题与家庭因素的 相关性研究 ·275 1． ·调 查 报告 · 虞银 香，张标新 ，赵德娟 ，邱建新 ，童步升 ，胡翠霞，贾南德拉 ·撒 (安徽 医科大学第一附属 医院耳鼻咽喉一 头颈 外科 二病 区 ，安徽 合 肥 230022 ) 【摘 要 】 目的 了解学龄 前听力障碍儿童 心理行 为问题及 家庭影响 因素 ，为听力障碍儿童心理 卫生干预工作提 供依据。方法 于 20 14 年 7 月 30 日至 12 月 30 日选取 2～7 岁 学龄 前听力障碍儿童 212 名为研 究对象，应用 Achenbach 儿童行 为量表( CBCL ) 、家庭环境量表 中文版 ( FE S—CV ) 和 家庭一般状 况调 查表进 行 家长 问卷调查 ，并对发生心理行为 问 题 的相 关 因素进行分析 。结 果 学龄 前听力 障碍 儿童心理行为 问题检 出人数 为 56 名 ，检 出率为 26．42％；不 同性别及不 同年龄 组心理行 为问题检 出率 比较 ，差异均无统计 学意 义( 尸>0．05) ：行为 问题 组儿童 FE S．CV 亲密度 、组 织性 、知识性得 分低 于无行为 问题组 ，矛盾性 高于无行 为 问题组 ，差异均有统 计学意义 (P<0．05 ) ；学校 前听力障碍 儿童行 为问题检 出率 与 家庭 结构 、主要188宝金博页面版者及学历、父母 角色、是否独生子女等有关( P<0．05) 。结论 学龄 前听力障碍儿童心理行为 问题发 生率受家庭 的多因素影响 ，应从 家庭干预入手 ，减少行 为问题 的发生 ，提 高听力障碍儿童的心理健康水平 。 【关键词】 听力障碍 ； 儿童，学龄前； 儿童心理学； 儿童行为； 家庭关系； 因素分析，统计学 doi ：10．39690 ．issn．1009．55 19．2015．18．010 文献标 识码 ：A 文章编号 ：1009．55 19 (20 15 ) 18-2751-04 R esear ch on cor r ela tion betw een psychologi cal ly beha vi or al pr obl ems a nd fa mi ly fa ctor s i n p reschool childr en wi th hearing impairment Y u Y inxiang ，Zhang Biaoxin，Zhao Dej uan，Qiu J itmxin，Tong Busheng ，Hu Cuixia，Gyanendra ‘ Sa(Sec— ond Wards Area of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery ，FirstAff i liated Hospital o f a nhui Medical University，Hefei ，A n— hui 230022 ，China) 【A bstract】 0 bj ective To understand the psychologically behavioral problems and family inf l uencing factors in preschool chi ldren wi th heari ng i mpairment to provide the basi s for mental heal th intervention work of heat i ng impairment c hil dren． M ethods Tota l ly 212 children with heat i ng impair m ent aged 2- 6 year s old from J uly 30 to December 30 2014 were selected as the research subjects．The Achenbach Children Behavior Checklist( CBCL ) ，Family Environment Scale—Chinese Version( FES—CV ) and the fa mil y general condition questionna ire were appl ied to conduct the que sti onnaire investi gation among the parents ，and the related factors causi ng the psychologic al ly behavioral probl ems were analyzed．R esul ts T he psychol ogi call y behavioral problems were detected in 56 hear i ng impai r m ent preschool chil dren with the detection rate of 2 6．42 ％ ；the detection rate had no stati sti ca l l y significant difference among different genders and dif f erent ages (P>0．05) ；the scores of intimacy ，organization and intellectua l of the Family E nvironment Scale—Chinese V ersion( FE S—CV ) in the behavioral problems group were lower than those in the non—behav— ior al problems group ，whil e the score of contradiction．was higher than that in the non-behaviora l problems group ，the differences all had statistica l significance( P <0．05 ) ；the detection rate of behavior problems in preschool children with heat i ng impair m ent was rel ated with the fami ly structure ，main educator s and their educational back g r ound ，parental rol e，whether or not the only chil d (P <O．05) ．C onclusion The occ urrence rate of psychological behavior problems in preschool children with heat i ng impairment is affecte d by multiple famil y factor s ，it i s necessary to reduce the occurrence of behaviora l probl ems f r om the fami ly i nterv enti on an d i ncrease th e p sych ologi ca l h ealth level in ch ild ren w i th heari ng i mp air m ent． 【K ey word s 】 Hearing disorders； Child，preschool ； Child psychology； Child behavior； Family relations； Factor ana l ysis ，stati stical 随着社会 的发展 ，人们物质生活水平 明显提高 ，随 之 而来的是生活节奏的加快 ，生活方式的改变 ，这使得 众 多家庭无 暇关注孩子的心理健康 ，儿童 的心理行 为 问题 日趋 突出【 ；尤其是听力障碍儿童这一特殊 群体 ， 因为先天性 听力障碍 ，语言功能发育迟缓 ，不能像健全 人一样获得从语言上带来 的信息 ，他们 的思维 、智力发 展缓慢圈，身 心健康更容易受影响 。为了解学龄前 听力 障碍儿童的心理行为状况及相关影响因素 ，为听力障碍 儿童心理卫生干预工作提供依据 ，促进听力障碍儿童的 健康成长 ，本研究随机抽取 212 名学龄前听力 障碍儿童 基金项 目：安徽省 高校人 文社会 科学类 研究 重点项 目(SK 2014A275) 。 作者简介 ：虞银香 ( 1985一) ，女 ，安徽合肥人 ，主管护师 ，主要从事耳科学 护理工作 ；E-mail：181588441@qq．com。 通讯作者 ：张标新 (E-mail ：532611328@qq．com) 。
