Certainly a visit to our new office in Kalives might be worthwhile. We are not a large
commercial real estate office but rather just a very competent, efficient, and experienced
team of two steadfast friends dedicated to assisting new friends to make Crete their home.

Yes of course we have properties “for sale” but it does not start there nor does it end
there. Where you want to live and more importantly how you want to live are critical
factors. We want to get to know you and understand your objectives completely before
even considering discussing a purchase. And because we are just village people, we can

Good news for non-EU buyers: The Greek government has just made it much easier for
non-EU citizens to purchase property here on Crete. Basically the procedure is the same as
for EU citizens and takes only four to six weeks as compared to nine months to a year under
the previous regulations.
