In contrast to previously studied Calabi-Yau Feynman integrals, thehigher-order dif f erential equation that this integral satisf i es in dimensional regularizationexhibits ε -dependent apparent singularities. We introduce an appropriate ansatz whichallows us to bring such cases into an ε -factorized form.
