CHANG YUNEJUNE 合同签署日期：The date of signature 合同签署地点：The place of signature TABLE OF CONTENTS 一、合作事项 Issues of Cooperation 二、合作方式 Cooperation Means 三、甲方责任 Party A’s Liabilities 四、乙方责任 Party B’s Liabilities 五、违约处理 Breach Treatment 六、法律适用和纠纷处理 Applicable Law and Disputes Treatment 七、不可抗力 Force Majeure 八、保密 Confidenciality 九、其他约定 Miscellaneous 十、附件 Annex 甲方：中国某马拉松赛事营运公司（以下称：甲方） Party A: China Marathon Race Operating Company (hereinafter referred to as party A) 乙方：肯尼亚义坦马拉松训练营公司 （以下称：乙方） Party B: Kenya Iten Marathon Training Camp Company (hereinafter referred to as: party B) 鉴于甲方是国际马拉松赛事组织、运动服务、商务运营的专业机构并经 市政府批准，承办 2018 年中国 城市的国际马拉松赛事（以下称：赛事）；乙方是肯尼亚跑步训练、运动员管理和参赛经纪服务专业机构。 鉴于甲方邀请乙方组织运动员参加赛事，乙方表示愿意接受邀请，将组织运动员来华参加比赛。 双方根据《中华人民共和国合同法》和《中华人民共和国体育法》的规定，经友好协商并基于本约之合意、声明、约定及其它约因，就乙方运动员参加甲方赛事达成如下合作协议： Whereas party A is the professional institution of international marathon organization, sports services and business operation, through the authrization of city goverment, will host the 2018 International Marathon in city China (hereinafter referred to as the race); party B is a Kenya professional institution for run training, athletes management and race brokerage services in Kenya. Whereas party A invite party B to organize athletes to participate race and party B is willing to accept the invitation and organize athlets to participate the race which is hosted by party A. NOW THEREFORE parties hereto, in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and the Sports Law of the people's Republic of China, through amicable negotiation and on the basis of the concensus, representation, promises and other causes, which have been acknowledged hereby, on the race particitation of party B’s athletes agree as follows:
