CHANG YUNEJUNE 第一章 总 则 Chapter One General Rules 第一条 为了保证在中国境内举办的国际马拉松赛事的有序进行，规范外籍优秀运动员参加中国境内的国际马拉松赛事，特制定本规定。 Article 1. For the purpose of ensure the orderly hold of international marathons in China and regulating the participation of foreign elite ahtletes in China’s international marathons, hereby this regulations is made. 第二条 本规定依据国际田联相关要求及规定和《中国境内马拉松赛事管理办法》、《中国境内马拉松赛事组织管理实施细则》制定以下规定。 Article 2. The following provisions hereof are formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements and regulations of the IAAF, the Administration of Marathon Events in China and the Rules for the Implementation on Administration of Marathon Events in China. 第三条 中国田径协会(以下简称中国田协)是中国境内唯一合法的国际田联会员协会。根据国际田联的有关规定，外籍优秀运动员参加在中国境内举行的各种田径赛事，须经过中国田协的同意和批准。 Article 3. China Athletics Association (hereinafter referred to as the CAA) is the only legal IAAF member in China. In accordance to the relevant regulations of the IAAF, the participation of foreign elite athletes in various track and field competition held in China must be subject to prior consent and approval of China Athletics Association. 第四条 外籍优秀运动员是指户籍不在中国境内的高水平运动员。 Article 4. Foreign elite athletes refer to the high-level athletes whose registered permanent residence are not within China. 外籍优秀运动员定义为：在中国境内举行的马拉松正式比赛中取得马拉松或半程马拉松前 10 名；或男子全程成绩达到 2:20:00、女子全程成绩达到 2:35:00、男子半程成绩达到1:05:00、女子半程成绩达到 1:15:00 的外籍运动员。 Foreign elite athletes are defined as the top 10 marathoners or half-marathoners in official marathons held in China; or the foreign athletes who scored 2: 20: 00 for men’ marathon, 2: 35 for women’ marathon, 1: 05: 00 for men’s half-marathon and 1:15:00 for women’s half-marathon. 第五条 外籍优秀运动员参赛将纳入中国田协的统一管理，中国田协将对其参赛资格进行审核，并有权拒绝其参赛。 Article 5. Foreign elite athletes will be included in the unifies management of China Athletics Association which will review and examin ethlete’ s eligibility and reserve the right to reject them
