The pre-vious study on it is mainly conducted about the internally textual research from literal and aes-thetic angles, while this essay is intended to explore its vertical and horizontal dynamic forces that drive the development of Chinese visual poetry from historical angle and perspective of compara-tive literature, which aims to get an overall conclusion on the ways and rules for the further de-velopment of Chinese visual poetry.
