Department of Preventive Medicine,Bengbu Medical College,Bengbu Anhui 233030,China)[Abstract] Objective:To analyze the overall psychological health status of clinical interns by the questionnaire survey and dataanalysis. Methods:The demographic data and psychological health status of 457 clinical interns from Bengbu Medical College weresurveyed using the questionnaire methods ( including the Basic-Data-Company and SCL-90 scale). Results: The scores of thesomatization,anxiety and phobic factors of SCL-90 in clinical interns were higher than those in national college norm and youth norm(P ＜0. 01). The scores of the forced symptoms,depression,hostility,paranoia and psychosis in clinical interns were significantly lowerthan those in national college norm and higher than those in national youth norm(P ＜0. 01). Girl students are found higher in SCL-90score in terms of depression(P ＜ 0. 05 to P ＜ 0. 01),anxiety and phobic anxiety while boy students with higher score in terms ofhostility(P ＜0. 05). Students from rural area are found higher in SCL-90 score in terms of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and paranoidideation(P ＜0. 01). Students from single-parent family are found with higher score in terms of all factors(P ＜0. 05 to P ＜0. 01). Thereare no significant differences between students who are or are not going to attend Master's degree exam(P ＞0. 05). Conclusions:Thelevels of psychological health status of clinical interns from the second department of clinical medicine of Bengbu Medical College areslightly lower than those in national college norm and national youth norm,and the levels of psychological health status of clinical internsin different gender,origin and family structure are different.[Key words] clinical intern；medical college；psychological health；influencing factor 在校期间是医学生成为一名真正医生前的准备阶段,他们不仅要通过学习掌握深奥的学科知识和熟练的操作技能,还必须拥有过硬的心理素质,因为它不仅关系到医学生自身的身心健康,而且还影响其成为医务工作者后对患者的诊断和治疗,同时也与社会心理康复密切相关,其心理素质的好坏直接关系到医疗卫生服务行业从业人员的整体素质。 临床实习阶段是将理论与实践相结合,也是就业前至关重要的阶段,是医学生成长为职业医生的准备阶段,实习完成质量的优劣直接影响到学生毕业后的实际临床操作能力,乃至国家对于医学人才整体的培养,而临床实习生的心理健康水平直接影响学生的临床实习和医学院校的教学质量。 本研究旨在探讨临床医学实习生的心理健康状况及影响因素,现作报道。1 资料与方法1. 1 研究对象 选择蚌埠医学院临床专业 2010 年级进入医院实习的学生 457 人。 共发出调查问卷8 0 4 1 J Bengbu Med Coll,October 2015,Vol. 40,No. 10
