第三届证据理论与科学国际研讨会隆重召开 The third International Conference on Evidence Law and Forensic Science convened ceremoniously 2011 年 7 月 16-17 日， 由中国政法大学证据科学研究院主办的第三届证据理论与科学国际研讨会在北京隆重召开， 来自世界五大洲 12 个国家、 中国大陆和台湾的 141 位证据法学家和法庭科学家齐聚一堂， 围绕本次会议的主题“证据科学与司法公正——现状与未来” 展开了深入的研讨。 July 16 to 17, 2011, the third International Conference on Evidence Law and Forensic science which hosted by Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science of China University of Political Science and Law convened ceremoniously in Beijing. 141 evidence law scholars and forensic scientists, who come from 12 countries across five continents, China and Taiwan district, spread out thorough deliberate around the theme of the conference ”Evidence science and Justice Judicial- Present and Future”. 中国政法大学黄进校长在开幕式上首先致辞， 对第三届证据理论与科学国际研讨会的成功举办表示热烈：。 他指出， 自 2007 年第一届和 2009 年第二届国际研讨会召开以来， 第三届国际研讨会已成长为一个比较成熟的证据科学国际论坛， 成为全世界证据法学家和法庭科学家开展跨学科交流的一个重要平台。证据法学与法庭科学技术的交叉研究， 使证据采集、鉴定及案件事实认定的过程既可得到科技手段的强有力支持， 又能获得证据法律保障， 从而最大限度地增加了发现案件真实真相的可能性。 在上述学科交叉融合发展的背景下， 188宝金博页面版部于 2005 年 12 月批准“证据科学188宝金博页面版部重点实验室（中国政法大学）” 立项建设， 对推动自然科学和社会科学的综合研究具有深远的意义。本次国际研讨会的召开对证据科学的发展和证据制度的完善会有极大的促进作用。 In the Opening Ceremony, Professor Huang Jin, the president of China University of Political Science and Law, gave warm welcome speech first, and expressed enthusiastic congratulations on the successful holding of the third International Conference on Evidence Law and Forensic Science. He pointed out that, since the first conference in 2007 and the second one in 2009, the third international conference has grown up to a comparatively mature international forum of evidence law science, it has become an important platform to evidence law scholars and forensic scientists all over the world to carry out interdisciplinary exchanges. The crossover study of evidence law and forensic science let the evidence collection, identification and fact-finding process not only can be obtained the strong support of means of science and technology, but also the guarantee of the evidence law, thereby maximizing the possibility to discover the truth of the cases. On this background, the Ministry of Education granted an official approval to CUPL's application for establishing Key Laboratory for Evidence Science, CUPL, in December 2005, which has far-reaching significance on promoting the comprehensive research on natural science and social science. The convening of the international conference will do much promotion to the development of Evidence Science and the improving of the system of evidence. 最高人民法院研究室胡云腾主任在致辞中指出， 这是证据科学界的一次国际学术盛会。我国正在修改刑事诉讼法， 此次会议的召开时间非常及时， 人们对证据的作用更加重视， 打官司就打证据， 证据规则的设计要考虑当前的国情和人们的需求。 中国特色证据制度要重点放在基层， 证据制度要考虑基层需要， 要能够确保司法公正， 反映我们实践中的成熟经验。 188宝金博页面版部社科司张东刚副司长在致辞中指出， 相比前两届会议， 本届证据理论与科学国际研讨会的层次和规格更加提高。 他指出， 扩大188宝金博页面版开放是加快创建世界一流大学和高水平大学的重要举措。 在未来五至十年， 188宝金博页面版部将设立国际学术会议专项， 支持高校举办高层次国际学
