    Safety Investigations and AuditsIn the event of an incident in the workplace, a thorough investigation assists in determining the cause of the incident and allows for corrective action or solutions to be implemented. Safety investigations are essential to identifying potential risks and incidents, and preventing the recurrence of incidents by minimising or eliminating any current or future risks.This interactive course will provide participants with an understanding of the key steps required to investigate an incident in accordance with statutory WHS requirements. In addition ensuring your WHS Management System is compliant will reduce possible costly workplace incidents, therefore the day will also cover the theory and tools required to conduct a safety audit as a part of the WHS Management System.Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their new skills through the use of case studies, and will walk away with tools and templates that can be used back at the workplace immediately.
