第23卷第4期2 0 1 7年4月计算机集成制造系统Computer Integrated Manufacturing SystemsV01.23 No.4Apr.2 0 1 7DOI:10.13196/j.cims.2017.04.005基于决策者方案偏好的新产品开发方案选择方法阳智1,李延来2+,杨强2(1.西南交通大学经济与管理学院,四川成都610031;2.西南交通大学轨道交通国家实验室,四川成都610031)摘要:为充分体现新产品开发方案选择决策过程中决策者的主观偏好对决策结果的影响,提出基于决策者方案偏好的新产品开发方案选择方法。鉴于方案选择过程中信息的:院筒蝗范ㄐ,评价指标属性值以区间数形式给出,以减少决策信息的丢失。利用向量规范化方法规范化评估团体决策矩阵;通过企业内决策者给定其对备选方案的主观偏好值,并引入修正系数进行修正;通过区间数相离度获取使评估团队与决策者偏好总偏差最小的属性最优权重向量;集结属性权重向量和规范决策矩阵,得出各备选方案的综合属性值;通过两两比较区间数形式的综合属性值,建立可能度矩阵并计算其排序向量进行方案的排序择优。应用实例及案例对比分析表明,该方法对新产品开发方案选择是有效且可行的。关键词:产品开发;方案选择;方案偏好;可能度矩阵中图分类号:F406.3 文献标识码:ASelecting new product development programs based on decision maker’S program preferencesYANG Zhil,LI Yanlai”,YANG Qian92(1.School of Economics and Management,Southwest Jiaotong University,Chengdu 610031,China;2.National Lab of Railway Transportation,Southwest Jiaotong University,Chengdu 610031,China)Abstract:To sufficiently illustrate the influence of decisionmaker’S preferences on selecting new product developmentprograms,an approach for selecting new product development programs was introduced based on decision maker’Sprogram preferences.To reflect the fuzzy and uncertain characteristics of information in the process of selecting newproduct programs,the values of evaluation index were provided as a type of interval numbers to reduce the loss ofdecision information.A preference decision matrix of new product evaluation team was standardized by using a vec—tor normalized approach.A decision maker gave his subjective preferences tO the programs and a correction coeffi-cient was introduced tO modify the preferences.An optimal weight vector of index was derived from a modelwhichcould minimize the total deviation between the preferences of evaluation team and the ones of decision maker by a de—viation degree concept of interval number.The weight vector of preference and the standardized decision matrix werecombined to compute the comprehensive values of alternative programs.A possibility degree matrixand its priorityvectors were calculated tO order the programs.The application example and a comparative case analysis had showedthe efficiency and feasibility of the proposed approach.Keywords:product development;alternative selection;program preference;possibility degree matrixo引言銎篇篇焉簇蕊翥磊笔翼蓁当代社会科学技术迅猛发展,市场竞争日益激的新产品,是一个企业持续发展的必要条件。因此,收稿日期:2016—07—21;修订日期:2016—09—12。Received 21 July 2016;accepted 12 Sep.2016.基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助项目(71371156)。Foundation item:Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation,China(No.71371156).万方数据
