From MNCs, Banks to SMEs, all are adjusting their operational strategies, from staff redundancy, resources integration to new product launch. Facing this significant change, what KVB needs most is no longer the rainbow-alike imagination, but the solid decisive execution which can bring the actual results. 我以为， 一间企业的成功， 30%靠策略， 50%靠执行力， 其他因素为 20%， 譬如运气。 虽然公司过去数年的成功可以归于策略创新（strategic innovation）， 新的经营模式（business model）， 创造出与竞争对手的差距， 但是由于执行力的不足， 我们正在被竞争对手追上甚至超越， 而这种情况已经在我们的一些传统市场发生。 I believe, what makes an enterprise successful, 30% is from strategy, 50% is from execution, and 20% is from others, such as luck. Although our past success can be attributed to the strategic innovation and business model to create the gap with our competitors, due to the lack of execution, we are caught up by the competitors or surpassed, which is happening in some of our traditional markets. 执行力缺乏的现象在本公司已屡见不鲜， 已成为组织的通。 并且还集中发生在高中级管理阶层。 本人在此将针对公司执行力不彰的现象痛下针砭。 The phenomenon of lacking execution is often seen within the company, and has become a common falling of the organization and often happened to the high and middle level management.
