Soukoup , Paris polyphylla var . yunnanensis( Franch) Hand .- M azz and Paris po lyphylla Sm ith in Rees w ere relatively earlier and that of Paris dunniana Levl and Paris caobangensis Y. H. Ji , H.L i & Z . K. Zhou were relativelylater . The anther closings of P . dunniana and P . caobangensis w ere about 1 h earlier thanthat of P . iuquanensis , P .daliensis , P. polyphylla var . yunnanensis and P . polyphylla . The durations of anther opening and closing of P . dunniana , P . caobangensis , P .daliensis and P . polyphylla var . yunnanensis w ere longer and that of P . iuquanensis and P. polyphylla w ere shorter . The anther opening and closingcourse of paris genus showed positive correlation w ith the variation of illum ination and tem perature in a day and negative correlation w ith relative air hum id-ity . [ Conclusion] The anthers of paris genus opened gradually along w ith the ascending of air temperature and the descending of relative air hum idity . Thedurations of paris anther opening and closing related to the size of anther .K ey words Adaptability ; Anther opening ; Anther closing ; Ecological factor ;Paris作者简介 王定康( 1966 -) , 男, 云南昆明人, 在读博士, 副教授, 从事药用植物繁殖生物学研究。* 通讯作者。收稿日期 2008-02-18 重楼属 ( Paris) 植物隶属于延龄草科( T rilliaceae) 。全世界约有24 种, 10 个变种和若干变型; 我国有19 种, 10 个变种, 在云南分布最为集中, 有14 种, 其中3 种为云南特有[1]。重楼属植物在我国有着悠久的药用历史。《本草纲目》记载:“ 蚤休, 根气味苦, 微寒, 有毒。主治惊痫, 摇头弄舌, 热气在腹中, 癫疾, 痈疮阴蚀, 下三虫, 去蛇毒。生食一升, 利水。治胎风手足搐, 能叶泄瘰疬。去疾寒热。 ” 《神农本草经》记载:“ 蚤休, 味苦微寒, 主惊痫, 摇头 弄舌, 热气在腹 中, 癫痫,痈疮, 阴蚀, 下三虫, 去蛇毒。 ”重楼属植物化学成分复杂, 药理活性强, 临床应用范围广, 具有抗癌、 清热解毒、 消肿止痛和止血等作用, 治疗跌打损伤有独特疗效, 是“云南白药”、“ 季胜德蛇药片”、 “热毒清”和“宫血宁”等多种中成药的主要原料之一[2 - 3]。近年来重楼需求量逐年增加, 现有药源已不能满足市场需求。重楼药用资源再生较慢, 逐年的大量采挖已使野生滇重楼资源日趋枯竭[4 - 5]。因此, 云南白药集团股份有限公司在云南武定县建立了重楼种质资源圃, 收集了全世界23个重楼种, 并且对重楼资源进行保护和繁育。在进行滇重楼花粉活力测定的过程中, 发现滇重楼的花药存在上午开裂、傍晚关闭的现象。笔者观察了花期相近的6 种重楼属植物的花药, 以期为重楼栽培、 育种以及植物传粉生物学研究提供基础资料。1 材料与方法1 .1 材料 所有试验均在云南白药股份有限公司设在云南武定县的重楼种质资源圃内进行。试验材料为种植在重楼种质资源圃内的6 种重楼属植物: 禄劝花叶重楼( Paris luqua-nensis H. Li ) , 海 南 重 楼( Paris dunniana Levl .) , 高 平 重 楼( Paris caobangensis Y. H. Ji , H. Li & Z. K. Zhou) , 大理重楼( Paris daliensis H. Li et V. G. Soukoup) , 多叶重楼( Paris poly-phylla Sm ith in Rees) 和滇重楼[ Paris polyphylla var . yunnanensis( Franch) Hand . - M azz .] 。1 .2 方法 选取资源圃内5 株花期相近的健壮的6 种重楼属植株, 用彩色标牌对不同植株进行标记, 在自然条件下连续3 d 观察花的状态。在同种重楼植物的花药中随机标记10个花药, 记录花药开裂、 关闭的方式和持续时间。以花药从闭合状态开始开裂作为花药开裂起始的标准, 以花药从闭合状态开始开裂到花药壁向外完全打开这段时间作为花药开裂的持续时间, 以花药壁开始向内弯曲到花药完全关闭这段时间作为花药关闭的持续时间。从8 :00 起每隔2 h 统计已经标记的6 种重楼植物处于开裂状态的花药数, 每个种统计10 株植株的花药, 并计算开裂花药的百分比。同时, 用台湾产TES 1336A LIGHT M ETER( Rs232/ Datalogger) 测定花药周围的光照强度, 用台湾产TES1365 D atalogging Hum idity - Temperature M eter 测定花药周围的温度和相对湿度, 并且计算各时段光、 温、 湿的平均值和标准误差。2 结果与分析2 .1 共同特性 6 种重楼属植物每株植株都只开1 朵花, 花药裂开前花药、 柱头都被花萼包裹着, 花萼张开后不久花药即开裂, 开裂的时间均在上午, 且开裂方式均是自上而下纵向裂开, 待花药全部裂开后, 花药表面均布满花粉。傍晚花药大多自下而上逐渐关闭, 有少部分花药自上而下关闭, 还安徽农业科学,Journal o f Anhui Agri .
